All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due before the trip departure date as specified in your booking confirmation.

Prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary depending on group size, season, and specific requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

Trekking and climbing at high altitudes involves inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in adequate physical condition for your chosen activity. We strongly recommend consulting with a medical professional before booking, especially for high-altitude treks.

You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in cancellation without refund.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering emergency evacuation, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability is mandatory for all participants. Proof of insurance must be provided before the trip departure.

We recommend insurance that specifically covers high-altitude trekking and helicopter evacuation, as standard travel insurance may not include these provisions.

You agree to follow the instructions and guidance of our trek leaders and guides at all times during the trip. Our guides have the authority to alter itineraries, routes, or activities if they determine it is necessary for safety reasons.

You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations required for travel to Nepal. We can provide guidance but are not responsible for your travel documentation.

Adventure activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to altitude sickness, weather extremes, falls, and other physical hazards. By booking our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume personal responsibility.

Himalayan Trails and its employees, guides, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in our activities, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Himalayan Trails and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
